Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Yanar platform at yanar.co.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Yanar Private Limited ("Yanar," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our detective agency marketplace platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including customers seeking investigation services and detective agencies offering services ("Agencies").
Key Definitions
- Platform
- The Yanar website, mobile applications, and related services
- Customer
- Any individual or entity seeking investigation services through the Platform
- Agency
- Licensed detective or investigation agencies providing services through the Platform
- Services
- Investigation services provided by Agencies, including but not limited to matrimonial verification, corporate investigation, background checks, and personal investigation
- Commission
- The fee charged by Yanar to Agencies for successful case bookings through the Platform

What We Provide
- A marketplace platform connecting Customers with verified detective Agencies
- Agency verification and credentialing services
- Inquiry matching and facilitation services
- Customer support and dispute resolution assistance
- Review and rating system for quality assurance
Important: What We Don't Provide
- • We are NOT a detective agency and do NOT conduct investigations
- • We do NOT guarantee results of investigations conducted by Agencies
- • We are NOT liable for the quality, accuracy, or legality of Agency services
- • We do NOT provide legal advice or legal services
Customer Terms & Obligations
As a Customer, You Agree To:
Provide Accurate Information
Provide truthful and accurate information in all inquiries and communications
Use Services Legally
Use investigation services only for legal purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
No Platform Fee for Customers
There is NO fee charged by Yanar to Customers. You pay Agencies directly for their services
Direct Payment to Agencies
All payments for services are made directly to the Agency, not through Yanar
Independent Verification
Conduct your own due diligence when selecting an Agency, despite our verification process
Leave Honest Reviews
Provide honest, factual reviews based on your actual experience
Prohibited Customer Activities
- • Using the Platform for illegal activities or stalking
- • Providing false information or impersonating others
- • Attempting to bypass the Platform to avoid Agency payments
- • Harassing or threatening Agencies or other users
- • Posting fake or malicious reviews
Agency Partner Terms
Commission Structure
Founding Partner Program (First 10 Agencies)
- • Commission Rate: 15% of case value
- • Duration: Locked for 6 months months
- • Spots Remaining: 10
- • Additional Benefits: Featured placement, co-design input, priority support
Standard Commission Tiers (Monthly Volume-Based)
Tier1: 1-50 cases/month
18%% commission
Tier2: 51-100 cases/month
16%% commission
Tier3: 100+ cases/month
14%% commission
Agency Obligations
⚠️ Non-Bypass Clause (CRITICAL)
Agencies agree that for any customer introduced by Yanar, the Agency will process a minimum of 3 cases OR 12 months of business through the Platform.
- • Applies to initial customer and any repeat business from that customer
- • Applies even if customer contacts Agency directly after initial introduction
- • Violation penalty: ₹50,000 per bypassed customer
- • Additional penalties: Platform suspension or termination
Payment Terms
For Customers
- No Platform Fee: Yanar does NOT charge customers any fee
- Direct Payment: All payments are made directly to the Agency
- Pricing: Agencies set their own pricing; average case value is around ₹45,000
- Payment Disputes: Any payment disputes are between you and the Agency; Yanar may assist in resolution
For Agencies
- Commission Basis: Commission charged only on successfully closed cases
- Payment Timeline: Commission invoiced within 7 days of case completion
- Calculation: Commission calculated on gross case value before any discounts
- Payment Method: Bank transfer or other agreed method
Limitation of Liability

YANAR IS A MARKETPLACE PLATFORM ONLY. WE FACILITATE CONNECTIONS BETWEEN CUSTOMERS AND AGENCIES BUT DO NOT CONDUCT INVESTIGATIONS OR GUARANTEE RESULTS.
Yanar is NOT Liable For:
- • Quality, accuracy, or results of investigations conducted by Agencies
- • Actions, omissions, or misconduct of any Agency or Customer
- • Disputes between Customers and Agencies regarding services or payments
- • Any damages arising from use of Agency services
- • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yanar's total liability shall not exceed the amount of commission earned from the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is lower.
What We DO Provide
- • Thorough Agency verification before listing
- • Matching services based on your requirements
- • Customer support and dispute resolution assistance
- • Quality monitoring through reviews and feedback
Termination
We May Suspend or Terminate Access If:
- • You violate these Terms of Service
- • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- • You provide false information
- • For Agencies: Failure to maintain valid licensing
- • For Agencies: Repeated poor customer satisfaction ratings
- • For Agencies: Violation of non-bypass clause
Voluntary Termination
You may terminate your use of the Platform at any time by contacting us. For Agencies:
- • 30-day notice required for termination
- • Ongoing cases must be completed
- • Final commission settlement within 15 days
- • Non-bypass obligations continue for existing customers
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Yanar or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.
Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Dispute Resolution
Step 1: Good Faith Negotiation - 15 days to resolve directly
Step 2: Mediation - If negotiation fails, 30 days mediation period
Step 3: Arbitration - Binding arbitration in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh
Governing Law: Indian law applies. Courts of Guntur, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Yanar harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- • Your use of the Platform
- • Your violation of these Terms
- • Your violation of any third-party rights
- • For Agencies: Services you provide to Customers
Force Majeure
Yanar shall not be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, internet outages, or government actions.
Amendments to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes:
- • We will provide 60 days notice via email or prominent platform notice
- • Agencies have the right to terminate if they disagree with changes
- • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yanar regarding use of the Platform.

BY USING THE YANAR PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT USE THE PLATFORM.
